iCAT was established to meet a need that many agencies, non-profits, and businesses in the Athens, Attica area are experiencing. Websites are becoming more and more critical to agency missions, association goals, and business activities, but the options for having them done are unattractive to anyone larger than a solo office but smaller than a huge corporation. Major design houses sprang up to serve clients with huge budgets, traditional graphic design firms added Web design as a sideline, and some solo designers with two or three of the necessary skills offered their services as long as the client could find someone to do the rest. But there were no low-cost full-service firms. The need was for a firm that could provide everything needed for a professional, interactive, and functional Website that served the goals of the agency.
